A look back over 2023 at Logic Financial Services
January is an excellent time to look back over the previous 12 months to reflect on your achievements.
It was our pleasure to help more of our clients work towards their long-term goals in 2023. As a team, we also had some important successes that we’d love to share with you.

We welcomed 3 new starters to the team
We were delighted to welcome some new joiners to the team in 2023.
In January 2023, Saiqa joined the team as a Senior Client Administrator. Since then, she’s become an integral part of the team ensuring that you have everything you need while working with us on your goals.
Lee joined us in June 2023 as an Adviser and has already helped many of our clients with recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Later on in the summer, we also welcomed Jon, our newest Paraplanner. Jon is supporting our Planners in providing high-quality financial planning to our clients.

You helped us to donate to 3 important charitable causes
We were able to donate funds and resources to several charitable causes throughout 2023. By working with us on your financial plan you’re also helping to support these important local organisations.
St Leonard’s Bell Fund
The St Leonard’s church tower is home to bells that date back to between 1587 and 1905 that are in need of restoration to keep them safe and in good condition. We were pleased to be able to contribute to this local cause.
Artweeks
Oxfordshire Artweeks is an artists’ organisation supporting local talent. They run an annual festival taking place across the region to showcase local artists’ work.
We were pleased to sponsor the festival’s banner ad to help the organisation to support the creative sector in Oxfordshire in 2023.
One Can Trust
The One Can Trust provides food parcels and advice to those in need in High Wycombe and the wider area of South Buckinghamshire.
To support this worthy cause, our team donated much-needed items to the food bank so that the One Can Trust can continue to help local people.
The team took some big steps forward in their professional development
Continued professional development is an important part of our Chartered status as a firm. We have committed to staying up to date with regulatory requirements so that we can offer the highest professional standards to our clients.
In 2023, team members Jon Hinton and Emma Wardle both passed the Long Term Care Insurance (CF8) exam. They are each now working towards becoming members of SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisers).
We’re proud of our team members who have qualified as VouchedFor Top Rated Advisers
VouchedFor is a platform connecting individuals with financial planners and advisers who can help them achieve their goals. Each year, the platform releases a list of 100 Top Rated Firms and Advisers, celebrating the very highest quality service providers within this industry.
We were very proud that two of our team members were selected as part of the list of Top Rated Advisers by VouchedFor. Both Emma Wardle and Harj Heer have been selected to appear in the Top Rated Adviser Guide 2024; it is the fifth time that Harj has qualified for this prestigious list.

A few extra successes put the cherry on top of our year
2023 was a busy year for us here at Logic. As well as the wins you’ve just read about, there were a few cherries on top.
- On the coldest day of the year, Harj won the inaugural Logic Golf Day. Honourable mentions go to Lee and Jon who also featured on the podium.
- We completed a full refurbishment of our staff kitchen, including a much-anticipated new dishwasher.
