Cerys Williams

Cerys joined the Logic Team in March 2025, bringing two years’ experience in financial services. Having worked as a trainee paraplanner for an independent financial advisor, where she assisted in overseeing clients’ annual reviews and contributed to the overall planning process. The role allowed Cerys to develop a strong foundation in financial planning, client service, and the importance of meticulous attention to detail.

Before transitioning into the financial sector, Cerys worked at various horse yards as a groom from 2019 to 2024. During this time, she honed my skills in time management, responsibility, and building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their horses. The experience gave her a unique perspective on hard work, adaptability, and providing excellent care in a fast-paced environment. She is passionate about continuing her professional growth in the financial industry, while drawing on her diverse background to bring a well-rounded approach to her work.
