Continuity in Change: The Next Chapter for Logic

As many of you know, my business partners, Lindsey and Guy, recently retired. While this marks one of the biggest changes the firm has experienced in its 10-year history, it may not surprise you to learn that we began planning for Lindsey’s retirement even before we founded the business.

From the outset, we built this firm with a long-term vision – one that would ensure continuity for our clients, no matter what changes came our way. Though Lindsey and Guy are no longer involved in the day-to-day operations, their influence and the values we established together remain firmly embedded in how we operate.

For our clients, this means the same commitment to personalised financial advice, long-term wealth planning, and trust remains at the heart of what we do. To uphold this commitment, Jon Hinton has stepped up as our Operations Director, ensuring that the business continues to run smoothly while I remain focused on serving our clients. You will receive a full introduction to Jon in a future newsletter.

Of course, transitions like these bring both challenges and opportunities. As one of the remaining founding partners, I’ve taken time to reflect on what this next chapter means for our firm. It’s an exciting moment – one where we can build on the strong foundations of the past decade while embracing innovation and new ways to serve our clients even better.

I look forward to continuing this journey with you and sharing more about the firm’s future in the coming months. Above all, I want to thank you – our clients, colleagues, and friends – for your trust and support. While some things change, our dedication to your financial wellbeing remains the same.
